Job Title: Salesforce Architect-Sales & Revenue Cloud Location: Hyderabad, India Company: Quadrant Technologies Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 10+ Years About Us: Quadrant Technologies is a rapidly growing software services company focused on delivering next-generation technology solutions across cloud, AI, and enterprise platforms. We are currently expanding our Salesforce practice and building capabilities around Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud to support our clients’ digital transformation journeys. Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce professional to help build and implement solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud. This role requires deep understanding in lead-to-cash processes, sales automation, CPQ, and billing solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud (including CPQ and Billing). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and IT to gather requirements and deliver Salesforce capabilities aligned with business goals. - Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, flows, and automation. - Integrate Salesforce with other systems as needed (ERP, Payment gateways, etc.). - Ensure data integrity, governance, and best practices within the Salesforce environment. - Provide user support and training, and ensure adoption of new features and processes. - Stay current with Salesforce releases and roadmap to advise on future capabilities. Required Qualifications: - 10+ Years of experience with Salesforce. - Hands-on experience with Revenue Cloud (or strong conceptual understanding with willingness to get certified). - Experience with Salesforce CPQ, billing processes, or lead-to-cash cycles. - Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, Apex, Flow, Lightning Components. - Salesforce Administrator certification required; CPQ Specialist or Revenue Cloud certification a plus. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in a consulting or client-facing environment. - Knowledge of SaaS business models, pricing strategies, and subscription billing. - Familiarity with integration tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or REST APIs.
