Job description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Architect to design and lead end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and Platform. The ideal candidate will drive architectural strategy, oversee complex integrations, ensure security and compliance, and guide development teams. This role also involves building AI-powered capabilities using Salesforce Einstein/Einstien GPT and integrating external AI/ML models (Python, AWS, Azure).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Salesforce architecture strategy aligned with business and enterprise IT goals.
• Design scalable, secure, high-performing solutions across core Salesforce clouds.
• Architect integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and external enterprise systems.
• Define best practices for Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and declarative automation tools.
• Develop and maintain robust data models ensuring data quality and compliance.
• Oversee CI/CD and DevOps processes using Gearset, Copado, or AutoRABIT.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Evaluate and adopt Salesforce innovations (Einstein, Hyperforce, Industry Clouds).
• Create architectural documentation including system diagrams and integration models.
• Ensure platform security, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Mentor and guide development teams through code reviews and technical workshops.
• Drive continuous platform improvements using emerging technologies.
• Design & integrate AI/ML solutions for intelligent workflows, case routing, sentiment analysis, and generative AI use cases (e.g., RAG pipelines).

Must-Have Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 9–11 years of Salesforce experience, with 2+ years in an architectural role.
• Salesforce Certifications: Application Architect or Technical Architect, Platform Builder II.
• Deep expertise in Sales, Service & Experience Cloud.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flow.
• Proven integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs & MuleSoft.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce DevOps, version control (Git), CI/CD tools.
• Expertise in Salesforce security architecture & data privacy compliance.
• Leadership experience guiding cross-functional teams and developers.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in the U.S. healthcare domain, including regulatory and privacy requirements.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6-12 months

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
