• CRM built on Salesforce and Heroku
• End-to-end integration managed via MuleSoft
• Mobile applications developed on the Ionic hybrid platform
• Omni-channel contact centres integrated with voice, chat, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, email, social, web, and SMS

Key responsibilities

• Strategic Design: Define and lead the overall Salesforce architecture vision, aligning it with business

goals and the Salesforce platform roadmap.

• Solution Development: Design scalable and sustainable solutions that consider factors like governor

limits, APIs, and data volume. Map business requirements to Salesforce capabilities and determine

when custom solutions are needed.

• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance to development teams, conduct code reviews, and

ensure best practices are followed across implementations.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business stakeholders, project managers, and other technical

experts to gather requirements and communicate architectural decisions.

• Governance and Best Practices: Develop and enforce technical standards, governance processes,

and best practices for Salesforce development and data security.

• Project Oversight: Lead or participate in the definition and scoping of projects, provide accurate

workload estimates, and ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions.

• Innovation and Improvement: Stay current with new Salesforce features and advise on emerging

technologies. Review existing implementations to identify optimization opportunities.

• Documentation: Create and maintain technical design documents, architecture diagrams, and other

architectural artifacts.

• Integration: Design and manage integrations with other enterprise systems, often involving middleware solutions like MuleSoft
