Key Responsibilities: Design and develop sales training materials for BDR teams, including playbooks, objection handling guides, battlecards, and product resources. Create and maintain call scripts aligned with company messaging. Collaborate with marketing to align BDR training with current campaigns and MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) strategies. Analyze BDR performance, provide feedback, and deliver targeted coaching. Gather requirements from SMEs and continuously update training content. Stay current with sales enablement trends, best practices, and digital security advancements. Requirements: Proven experience in instructional design, preferably in sales training within the technology or digital security industry.
