Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Trainer (Senior Executive) located in Udumbanchola. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing and conducting sales training sessions, developing effective training materials, and enhancing the professional knowledge and skills of the sales team. The role includes evaluating training needs, monitoring performance improvements, and supporting the team in achieving customer service excellence and sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Sales Trainings and Training & Development to enhance the skills and efficiency of the sales team
• Excellent Presentation Skills and Communication abilities to deliver engaging and impactful training sessions
• Customer Service skills to help the team provide exceptional experiences to clients
• Proven experience in a similar role or a related field within the financial services or gold loan industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a relevant field is preferred
• Strong organizational, leadership, and mentorship abilities to foster professional growth among team members
