Job Description
Develop, train and continuously improve training programs focused on the companys sales processes methodologies, and tools.
Deliver engaging and impactful onboarding programs for new sales hires.
Facilitate regular workshops for sales reps and managers.
Admister pre-test and post test to ensure learning transformation
obtain post training effectiveness feedback and facilitate implementation of learning
Ensure consistency in messaging, positioning, and process across all sales teams.
Monitor, evaluate, and report on training effectiveness
Develop training content up-to-date with changes in products, markets, tools (e.g., CRM), or company strategy.
Create supporting materials including training manuals, videos, e-learning modules, and job aids.
