Role Overview: The Sales Trainer role is crucial in empowering the sales team by equipping them with the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement effective sales training programs encompassing product knowledge, sales processes, and soft skills. - Conduct onboarding sessions for new sales team members and assess training needs based on performance metrics and feedback. - Develop engaging training materials, modules, and assessments to support the learning process. - Facilitate workshops, role plays, and field coaching to enhance the overall training experience. - Collaborate with sales leaders to ensure alignment of training programs with business objectives. - Track training effectiveness, prepare performance reports, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
