The Sales Trainer will be responsible for ensuring that our service partners in the Wall Decor category have a strong foundation in sales skills, customer communication, and conversion strategies. This role will focus on training partners on fundamental and advanced sales techniques, tracking sales performance, and identifying and addressing challenges partners face in closing sales. The Sales Trainer will be instrumental in building a high-performing partner network that consistently delivers strong sales results and revenue.
- Design and conduct structured sales training programs for service partners in wall decor.
- Train partners on customer psychology, pricing strategies, and effective sales pitches.
- Conduct product-focused training to ensure partners can confidently explain the features, benefits, and quality of materials.
- Implement practical role-playing exercises to help partners handle objections and close deals.
- Create sales scripts, product guides, and training videos to support ongoing learning.
- Own key sales metrics such as conversion rates and average order value
- Monitor partner performance and identify common sales challenges.
- Work with the business team to analyze sales trends and improve training strategies accordingly.
- Regularly interact with service partners to understand their sales difficulties.
- Address common pain points, such as customer objections or pricing concerns.
- Ensure consistent motivation and guidance for partners to maintain sales momentum.
- B.Tech, Diploma or ITI or experience as a sales trainer in leading furniture and fitting companies
- 3+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or sales management
- Proven ability to train and mentor sales teams or partners with measurable success.
- Comfortable tracking metrics, analyzing sales data, and optimizing training.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High level of professionalism and commitment to quality.
