Sales Trainer

Job Title: Sales Trainer Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to develop, implement, and deliver effective sales training programs for our sales team. The ideal candidate will help enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of sales staff to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Training Development & Delivery Design, develop, and implement sales training programs, workshops, and learning materials. Conduct regular training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing sales staff. Use various training methods, including role-playing, presentations, e-learning, and on-the-job coaching. 2. Performance Improvement Assess the strengths and weaknesses of sales team members. Provide feedback and coaching to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling skills. Monitor sales performance and recommend corrective actions to achieve targets. 3. Collaboration & Support Work closely with sales managers to understand business objectives and training needs. Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure accurate knowledge transfer. Support sales staff in implementing strategies learned during training. 4. Reporting & Analysis Maintain training records, reports, and documentation. Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Suggest improvements to training programs based on performance and business requirements. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or in a sales leadership role. Strong knowledge of sales techniques, CRM tools, and market dynamics. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate, inspire, and engage sales teams. Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset.
