Job Description

· Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handling incoming inquiries from customers. Making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services. · Sales Process Management: Presenting and upselling products or services. Addressing customer objections effectively. Closing sales and following up for payment or order confirmation. · Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software or databases. Logging feedback and follow-up actions. · Problem Solving: Resolving customer issues, complaints, and questions about products or services. Ensuring customer satisfaction and retaining customer loyalty. · Team Collaboration: Coordinating with sales teams, marketing teams, and support staff to align on customer strategies. Participating in regular training and strategy sessions. · Reporting: Providing daily or weekly performance updates to supervisors or managers. Tracking progress toward sales targets and identifying areas for improvement. · Adherence to Policies: Following company guidelines, scripts, and protocols during calls. Ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy laws. · Upselling and Cross-Selling: Recommending additional products or services to increase sales. Informing customers about ongoing promotions and discounts.
