Sales Trainer

The Sales Trainer is responsible for assisting in the overall training and development of entry level and seasoned sales professionals with a focus on new hire sales training. You will work with SDAs, BDRs, and Account Managers to discover and qualify potential Park Place Technologies opportunities with prospects and customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and facilitating just-in-time training for all sellers across the organization. Your key responsibilities will include participating in prospecting, discovery, quote review, and closing conference calls. You will provide coaching after conference calls and as requested by SDAs. Creating and facilitating recurring sales training sessions will also be part of your role. Providing feedback to Sales Development Managers based on interactions and observations of SDAs and BDRs is crucial. It is important to stay up-to-date with current technologies, competitive landscape, and industry trends. You are expected to stay current with sales and non-sales related company training via Uptime. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for SDAs and BDRs to reinforce best practices and technical sales training is also a key responsibility. Furthermore, you will provide support to the Sales Development Managers as requested and perform any other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year as a Park Place Account Manager or 2 years of external training and development experience, focusing on general sales skills and sales techniques. Previous sales or sales management experience, preferably in a Business-to-Business or I.T. setting, is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
