About the Role:

Process & Sales Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom and on-the-job training (OJT) on product & sales skills to dealer teams
• Install and maintain the sales process across assigned dealerships
• Conduct audits and monitor adherence to QLQD and other standards
• Drive new product launch training programs
• Help dealers recruit capable Sales Executives
• Maintain training records and DSE (Dealer Sales Executive) database
• Analyze sales performance and training effectiveness
• Use digital tools to enable modern sales processes
• Continuously refresh training for existing teams to boost productivity
• Provide real-time demonstrations and coaching in field scenarios

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• % of DSEs trained (vs. target)
• DSE productivity (Retail/DSE)
• Sales process adherence (QLQD score)
• Successful onboarding of new dealerships
• Training data analysis & reporting

Education:

Graduate or above – Engineering/Diploma preferred

Experience:

Sales Trainer

Prior automobile sales experience is a strong plus

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and digital training tools
• Strong communication, observation, and coaching skills
• Ability to travel locally and conduct field-based training sessions
