Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Trainer to join our Training & Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating sales training programs that enhance employee performance and drive business results.

• Conduct comprehensive sales and soft skills training for new and existing employees.
• Design and develop engaging training content, presentations, and learning materials.
• Deliver both online and offline training sessions effectively.
• Conduct Training Need Identification (TNI) and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Support on-the-job training (OJT) and handhold sales teams for better performance.
• Prepare and analyze data reports to measure training impact on business results.
• Create infographics, one-pagers, and knowledge decks for easy learning access.
• Continuously innovate to improve training programs and increase conversion rates.
• Ensure a strong batch success rate through structured learning interventions.
