Role Overview:

Sales Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver structured onboarding and continuous training programs for sales professionals.

• Develop engaging training content, modules, and assessments tailored to healthcare products and services.

• Conduct regular in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and sales simulations.

• Identify training needs through performance data, feedback, and collaboration with sales leaders.

• Measure training effectiveness and provide actionable insights for improvement.

• Coach underperforming sales reps and support top performers with advanced development plans.

• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Compliance teams to ensure consistent messaging and updates.

• Maintain training documentation and ensure alignment with industry regulations and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• 3- 6 years of experience in sales training, preferably in the healthcare, pharma, or medical devices industry.

• Strong understanding of sales techniques, KPIs, and territory management.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

• Proficient with LMS platforms, virtual training tools (Zoom, MS Teams), and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to travel as required (for in-field coaching or workshops).

• Fluency in English; Hindi or regional languages are a plus.
