Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Trainer position located in Delhi, OH. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team. Daily responsibilities include conducting training sessions, evaluating employee progress, providing constructive feedback, and designing customized training materials. The Sales Trainer will collaborate with management to identify skill gaps, ensure alignment with company goals, and monitor the effectiveness of training methods. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills to inspire, guide, and enhance sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills to effectively deliver training and interact with team members.
  • Experience in sales, sales techniques, and sales process optimization, with the ability to transfer knowledge to a diverse team.
  • Proficient in creating and implementing training programs, conducting workshops, and tracking progress for measurable outcomes.
  • Organizational and evaluation skills to identify gaps, plan training strategies, and assess program effectiveness.
  • Ability to motivate and coach sales teams to improve performance and meet targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; experience in education or training sectors is a plus.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
