Job Description

Role Overview: You will play a crucial role in developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance the sales team's product knowledge, negotiation skills, and overall performance at Tumodo Travel Technology. Your expertise in training, sales, and leadership will be essential in fostering a culture of learning and achievement within the team. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver targeted coaching on cold calling techniques and sales outreach best practices. - Design and implement onboarding programs for new sales hires, focusing on prospecting and cold calling skills. - Develop sales training modules covering cold calling techniques, objection handling, lead conversion, negotiation, and closing. - Conduct various training sessions using role-plays, call simulations, and interactive exercises to make learning engaging and practical. - Assess training needs based on performance data, feedback, and field observation. - Identify skill gaps and create personalized development plans. - Collaborate with sales leaders to align training with business goals and support team leads with coaching and mentoring. - Introduce new training methodologies such as microlearning, gamified modules, and e-learning to enhance learning outcomes. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor best practices, and conduct refresher sessions and periodic capability assessments. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Masters degree in business or a related field. - 5-10 years of experience in sales training, corporate training, or sales enablement, preferably in B2B/B2C environments. - Proven track record in developing and executing sales training programs. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM tools, and performance metrics. - Energetic, creative, and passionate about coaching and people development. - Certification in Training, Instructional Design, or Sales Coaching.
