* Conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions for new and existing sales team members.
* Develop and deliver training modules on product knowledge, sales processes, communication skills, and objection handling.
* Assess sales team performance and identify skill gaps to design targeted training interventions.
* Collaborate with sales managers to understand training needs and improve effectiveness.
* Monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
* Maintain training materials, presentations, and manuals to ensure content is updated and aligned with company goals.
* Coordinate role-plays, mock calls, and live coaching sessions to reinforce learning.
* Support the implementation of sales tools, CRM usage, and best practices.
* Prepare reports on training activities and learning outcomes.
* Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
* 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Coach, or in a direct sales role.
* Strong understanding of the sales cycle, lead management, and customer engagement strategies.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple training programs and deadlines.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
* Energetic, organized, and passionate about improving team performance.
* Experience in inside sales or telecalling environments.
* Ability to use digital tools for training (LMS, video modules, etc.).
* Creative approach to designing training content.
