Sales Trainer

As a Sales Trainer based in Airoli / Jui Nagar, Navi Mumbai, your role will involve designing, developing, and delivering sales training programs to enhance the skills and productivity of the pre-sales team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting needs analysis to identify training requirements - Creating engaging and effective training content - Facilitating workshops to impart knowledge and skills - Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback - Mentoring team members to support their professional growth - Refining sales strategy through targeted education You will collaborate closely with management to ensure that the training programs align with organizational goals and contribute to customer service excellence. Qualifications required for this role include: - 12+ years of International BPO training experience in the sales domain - Strong expertise in Sales Trainings and Training & Development methodologies - Proficiency in delivering interactive presentations with excellent Presentation Skills - Exceptional Communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams - Experience in Customer Service to align sales strategies with client needs - Relevant experience or certifications in corporate training, sales enablement, or related fields - Ability to assess training impact and adapt methods for continuous improvement - Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools is a plus,
