Director Process Training

The ideal candidate for this role must have extensive experience managing healthcare process training, specifically in international BPO settings. You should be well-versed in healthcare operations such as US healthcare, insurance, and HIPAA compliance. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing new hire training, on-the-job performance, and ensuring quality benchmarks are consistently met, including first-pass yield rates. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders including Operations, clients, and trainers to align training programs with business objectives and reduce attrition rates. Additionally, you will be expected to drive continuous improvement initiatives by optimizing training content, costs, and processes tailored to healthcare BPO workflows. It is crucial that you are metrics-driven and capable of tracking ROI, batch productivity, and effectively reporting performance metrics to senior management. The main focus of this role revolves around healthcare BPO training, compliance, and enhancing operational efficiency within a global framework. The qualifications required for this position include a Graduation or Postgraduate degree along with relevant Training Certifications. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 10+ years of experience specifically in U.S Healthcare Process Training, with an overall experience of 14-18+ years, including at least 5 years in Training Leadership roles.,
