Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Trainer role located in Raipur. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs, analyzing training needs, and developing effective learning materials. Key duties include conducting sales training sessions, mentoring sales team members, and evaluating their progress to continuously enhance performance. The role also entails staying updated with sales techniques, best practices, and industry trends to ensure the effectiveness of training programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in creating and delivering high-quality sales training programs and conducting skill development sessions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to convey sales strategies effectively.
• Knowledge of sales methodologies, performance tracking, and sales performance improvement techniques.
• Ability to analyze team performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
• Familiarity with IT training or a related sector is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with additional certifications in training or facilitation preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple training sessions and objectives.
