Sales Trainer

We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to design and deliver effective sales training programs for our teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing sales capabilities, improving conversion rates, and supporting continuous learning and development across the organization.

• Design, develop, and deliver sales training programs for new hires and existing sales teams
• Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions
• Train teams on sales processes, consultative selling, objection handling, and closing techniques
• Align training modules with business goals, KPIs, and client requirements
• Assess training needs through performance analysis and feedback
• Monitor trainee progress and measure training effectiveness
• Collaborate with sales managers and leadership to identify skill gaps
• Create training materials, presentations, role-play exercises, and assessments
• Support ongoing Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve individual and team performance

• Proven experience as a Sales Trainer / Sales Coach (preferably in a service-based or consulting industry)
• Strong understanding of sales cycles, CRM, and performance metrics
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to engage and motivate sales professionals
• Experience in learning & development or training programs is a plus
• Willingness to travel across locations as required
