Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver training modules on modern sales strategies (B2B/B2C), sales psychology, lead generation, and pipeline management.
• Teach sales tools and technologies like CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Conduct simulations, live role-plays, objection handling, and mock cold calls.
• Help learners refine sales pitches, email scripts, and negotiation techniques.
• Evaluate learner progress through assessments and real-time coaching.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in sales or sales management.
• Proven experience in sales training, mentorship, or team coaching.
• Strong understanding of sales cycles, buyer personas, and deal-closing strategies.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex techniques for learners of all levels.
