Job Description

Job Title: Customer Success Trainer

Company: Job-Ready.ai

Compensation: $100/hour (Freelance/Remote)

Location: Remote | Global Applicants Welcome

About the Role:

As a Customer Success Trainer, you will prepare learners for high-demand roles in client relationship management, post-sale engagement, and account retention. Your training will enable learners to drive value for customers and reduce churn.

Key Responsibilities:

Train learners in customer lifecycle management, onboarding, QBRs, and retention tactics.
Teach the use of Customer Success tools (e.g., Gainsight, Totango, Salesforce).
Conduct live simulations for handling renewals, upsells, and difficult clients.
Help learners understand CS metrics (NPS, health score, churn rate).
Design real-life scenarios for post-sale support and value expansion strategies.

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
Prior experience in training, coaching, or mentoring.
Understanding of SaaS, recurring revenue models, and client engagement.
Strong interpersonal and empathy-building skills.
Experience using virtual classrooms and training platforms.
