Job Description

Role:

  • Support the sales team and channel partners during field work
  • Help follow up on leads and collect required documents
  • Coordinate with customers for forms, KYC, and other paperwork
  • Ensure sales cases are submitted on time and track their status
  • Handle basic customer and agent questions in the field
  • Assist in sales campaigns and promotional activities
  • Maintain daily MIS and field work reports
  • Coordinate with internal operations and underwriting teams

Required Candidate profile

  • Experience: 1 to 6 Years in Sales and Marketing in any domain
  • Strong leadership skills with a target-focused approach
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
