📝 Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and performance-oriented Team Leader – Sales Process to lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales agents in a BPO environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving team sales targets, ensuring quality standards, and driving high performance through coaching, mentoring, and efficient operations management. ________________________________________ 🎯 Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. • Monitor team performance, conduct regular coaching sessions, and implement improvement plans where necessary. • Track and report KPIs such as conversion rate, revenue per call, average handling time (AHT), and call quality. • Ensure adherence to sales scripts, compliance guidelines, and client-specific processes. • Coordinate with Quality Analysts and Trainers to address performance gaps and skill development needs. • Handle escalated customer issues and provide support to team members during challenging interactions. • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and incentive programs to boost motivation and productivity. • Collaborate with the Workforce, HR, and Operations teams for scheduling, attendance, and performance alignment. • Prepare and share daily reports, dashboards, and team metrics with higher management. ________________________________________ ✅ Key Skills & Competencies: • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities. • Deep understanding of sales metrics and BPO operations. • Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure in a target-driven environment. • Proficient in MS Excel, CRM platforms, and reporting tools. ________________________________________ 📚 Educational Qualification: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field. ________________________________________ 💼 Experience: • 2–5 years of experience in BPO sales operations. • At least 1–2 years in a team lead or supervisory role managing outbound/inbound sales campaigns.
