We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and providing suitable product or service solutions. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys communication, persuasion, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment. --- Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling or follow-ups. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers. Handle customer questions, objections, and complaints professionally. Maintain and update customer databases (CRM). Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve conversion rates. Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends. --- Requirements: Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Ability to handle rejections positively and stay motivated. Basic computer knowledge.
