Job Role & Responsibilities:
📞 Cold Calling: Engage with potential leads received from our database.
💬 Lead Conversion: Convince prospects about our services and convert them into interested clients.
📊 Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships.
📝 Record Keeping: Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM with lead status.
🎯 Target-Oriented: Work towards achieving monthly sales and lead conversion targets.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Excellent communication skills (Hindi, Bengali & English preferred)
✅ Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
✅ Confident, proactive & persuasive personality.
✅ Ability to handle rejections and continue follow-ups.
✅ Experience in telesales or a similar role is a plus.
