Job Summary We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Development Manager to help expand our brand presence and student outreach. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of education marketing, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in developing partnerships and achieving enrollment targets. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and student acquisition channels. Build and nurture relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and education influencers. Drive lead generation and conversions through offline and digital campaigns. Conduct and organize seminars, workshops, and webinars to promote AIEM’s courses. Collaborate with the marketing and admissions team to align business development strategies with branding goals. Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions to optimize results. Represent AIEM at industry events, expos, and networking forums.
