Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of telesales and business development executives. Monitor daily calling activities and ensure productivity. Train new team members on product knowledge and sales techniques. Set daily/weekly/monthly goals for the team and ensure achievement of targets. Handle escalated customer calls and provide effective resolutions. Track team performance and prepare regular reports for management. Ensure compliance with company policies and sales scripts.
