Sales Team Lead

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Team Lead to manage our sales team, boost performance, and achieve business growth targets. Key Responsibilities:Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives / Business Development Executives to achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Monitor and improve team performance through training, coaching, and feedback. Ensure lead conversion from consultations to surgeries through effective communication and follow-up. Track and analyze sales metrics — daily calls, consultations, OPDs, and surgery closures. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and patient experience. Handle escalations and ensure smooth coordination between patients and hospitals. Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate reporting of data and performance. Drive discipline, ownership, and result-oriented culture within the team. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree (MBA or equivalent preferred). 2–5 years of experience in sales / inside sales / team handling, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or EdTech. Proven experience in managing a sales team and meeting revenue targets. Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and drive performance metrics. High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven individual.
