Role Overview:We are seeking an energetic Business Development Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role involves driving partnerships, patient acquisition, and business growth while ensuring smooth coordination between patients and healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities:Identify and onboard new hospital and doctor partnerships. Generate and convert patient leads through outreach and engagement. Maintain strong relationships with partner hospitals for smooth coordination. Support marketing initiatives to boost patient consultations. Track business performance, analyze data, and meet monthly targets. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM preferred, but not mandatory). 0–3 years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, or Healthcare (freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply).
