Sales Team Lead

As a Manager Sales (Team Lead) at Homesfy Realty Ltd, your role involves owning and executing all plans for developing business and achieving the Region's sales goals. You will be responsible for strategizing local marketing initiatives, identifying expansion opportunities, and scaling up the business. Additionally, you will prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for the team, for use in planning, financial forecasting, budget setting, and strategic planning. Your role will also involve brand management in the area and providing exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Own and execute all plans for developing business and achieving the Region's sales goals - Strategize local marketing initiatives, identify expansion opportunities, and scale up the business - Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for the team for planning, financial forecasting, budget setting, and strategic planning - Manage brand in the area and provide exceptional customer experience - Establish processes and funnels for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion - Evangelize the product and personally help close deals - Establish inbound lead requirements to meet sales objectives - Provide visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development - Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally Qualification Required: - Proven leadership track record in scaling growth, revenues, profitability, and setting up the team for success - Strong sense of changing consumer markets and innate understanding of market dynamics - Self-starter with an intense drive to outperform expectations and must be hands-on - Ability to build a strong brand in a highly competitive market environment - Ability to influence peers and top management based on the strategic fit and hard data, and lead a business with a bias for action,
