Sales Team Lead

You will be responsible for managing the overall running of the sales team at SolarSquare. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand the companys customer base and solidify its presence. - Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the team and assessing their strengths and weaknesses. - Building business by organizing sales visits for existing leads, identifying and selling prospects, and maintaining relationships with clients. - Identifying business opportunities through new channels and channel partners. - Selling by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending and upselling solutions. - Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, and recommending profit and service improvements. - Managing the sales process through specific software programs. The qualification required for this role at SolarSquare includes: - MBA & B. Tech / M.Tech Degree. - 3-7 years of prior experience in team handling and Field B2C Sales. - Sound business judgment and sales skills. - Solid interpersonal, communication, and customer service capabilities. - Potent leadership qualities.
