Preferred Candidate Profile:- In-depth understanding of solar installation and net metering policies.- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in permitting and operations field, particularly in above states.- Bachelor's in any engineering discipline- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities Roles and Responsibilities:- Serve as the single point of contact for all permitting-related tasks in apartment common area and commercial projects.- Handle online and offline application submissions for subsidy and non-subsidy projects, work Approvals and net metering processes- Possess technical knowledge of DISCOM requirements concerning ACDB, Metering panels, and effectively communicate these requirements- Track and manage permitting expenses to ensure they stay within budget- Monitor permit applications and approvals, maintaining an organised database of requirements and best practices for future projects- Provide regular progress reports to project teams and senior management- Proactively identify potential permitting issues and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop effective solutions
