We are expanding our corporate team and seeking a professional who can manage commercial documentation, liaison activities, and coordination with clients and government bodies.

🔧 Role Overview

Liaisoning Officer (Commercial cum Liaisoning Executive)

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  commercial documentation

  including L

  Cs, BGs,

  payment follow-ups, and client coordination.
• Liaison with

  advocates, courts, government offices, statutory bodies, and project clients

  .
• Assist Accounts & HR teams in

  document management, compliance, and record-keeping

  .
• Draft official letters, emails, and reports (moderate English writing skills required).
• Travel PAN India to clients, courts, and project sites (as needed).
• Maintain proper filing, tracking, and follow-up of

  legal, commercial, and project-related documents

  .
• Support management in ensuring smooth coordination between office, clients, vendors, and legal teams.

👤 Candidate Profile

• 5–6 years of experience in

  commercial coordination, liaisoning, accounts support

  , preferably from a

  Projects-based company (EPC, Infra, Engineering, Capital Goods)

  .
• Strong communication skills in

  English & Hindi

  .
• Must be proactive, disciplined, and strong in follow-up and documentation.
• Should have his own conveyance.
• Willing to travel

  PAN India

  for official liaison work.
