Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Liaison Officer, based in Chennai. The Liaison Officer will be responsible for maintaining effective communication and fostering relationships Governmental and other Regulatory Bodies. Tasks include coordinating with relevant authorities, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and addressing customer inquiries. The candidate will also play a critical role in managing and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

1. Liaise with SRO, Taluk, VAO Office, TNEB, Highways, CMDA, RERA, DTCP, Local Bodies, etc
2. Obtain required permissions, clearances, approvals from relevant agencies like Highways, Airport, Forest, Local Bodies, etc
3. Maintain good relationships with Government officials / Consultants, etc.
4. Stay updated on all changes and revisions in the existing policies and to provide updates regarding policy / regulatory requirements or directives to the management
