We are looking for a Manager for University Relations to lead and oversee our strategic partnerships with academic institutions. This role is critical in fostering strong relationships with universities, colleges, and research organizations to support talent acquisition, research collaboration, and brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of higher education systems, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term partnerships. As the Manager for University Relations, you will serve as the primary liaison between our organization and academic institutions. You will be responsible for developing and executing engagement strategies that align with our business goals, including internship and co-op programs, campus recruitment, joint research initiatives, and participation in academic events. You will work closely with internal stakeholders such as Human Resources, Research & Development, and Marketing to ensure that university relations efforts are integrated and effective. Key to your success will be your ability to identify and cultivate relationships with key academic partners, understand their priorities, and align them with our organizational needs. You will also be expected to track and report on the effectiveness of university engagement initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. This position requires a proactive, strategic thinker who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously. You should be adept at navigating complex organizational structures, both internally and externally, and possess the ability to influence and inspire others.
