Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an MEP Project Engineer based in Chennai. The MEP Project Engineer will oversee and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of construction projects to ensure efficient execution and compliance with standards.

Day-to-day tasks will include managing project plans, supervising MEP systems installations, conducting site inspections, resolving technical issues, and collaborating closely with contractors, consultants, and other engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

A Graduate in Electrical Engineering with 5 – 10 Years of experience handling MEP activities for residential and commercial buildings.

• Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Experience in Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical Engineering to design, examine and implement the systems effectively.
• Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and overseeing project execution.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in real estate or construction projects is an advantage.
