About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Liaison Officer to coordinate with government departments, local authorities, and other external agencies. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication, documentation, and follow-ups for company-related approvals and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain communication with government offices, local authorities, and regulatory bodies
• Handle documentation, submissions, and follow-ups for approvals, licenses, and permits
• Maintain records of liaison activities and ensure timely compliance
• Build and maintain professional relationships with external stakeholders
• Support management in administrative and compliance-related tasks
• Travel locally for official liaison work whenever required

Requirements

• Prior experience in liaison, admin, or government coordination roles preferred
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Knowledge of local authorities, government processes, and documentation
• Ability to manage tasks independently and follow timelines
• Must be proactive, well-organized, and responsible
