We are looking for a passionate HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team and help us build a high-performing workforce. Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing to onboarding. Identify hiring needs and coordinate with department heads to close positions on time. Use job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and social media to source quality candidates. Conduct telephonic screenings, interviews, and assessments to shortlist suitable profiles. Maintain and update candidate databases & recruitment trackers. Support in employee onboarding, induction, and documentation. Assist in driving employee engagement activities and maintaining HR operational efficiency. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred). 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in healthcare, BPO, or sales profiles). Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
