About the Role:

HR Recruiter


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle

    end-to-end recruitment

    for assigned roles (sourcing, screening, coordination, and closures).
  • Source candidates through

    job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media platforms

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update

    recruitment trackers and reports

  • Assist in

    onboarding formalities

    and other HR activities as needed.

  • Requirements:

    • Minimum

      6 months of recruitment experience

      (Non-IT hiring preferred).
    • Graduate / MBA in HR (preferred).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a

      fast-paced, target-driven environment
