Join us—and shape your future with a team that values your skills and growth.   Job Summary: The Team Leader is responsible for managing, mentoring, and motivating a team of customer service or operational executives to achieve performance targets, maintain high quality standards, and ensure process compliance. This role requires a proactive approach in team performance management, coaching, quality assurance, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Team Performance and Management Achievement of Team Targets: Ensure the team meets and exceeds assigned KPIs and SLAs. Performance Monitoring: Regularly track and assess individual and team performance. Coaching and Development: Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and support employee growth. Quality Assurance and Process Compliance QA Scores: Ensure the team achieves high-quality benchmarks in customer interaction or task completion. Error Reduction: Monitor and reduce errors in outputs through training and audits. Compliance Adherence: Ensure team members follow all SOPs, policies, and regulatory guidelines. Reporting and MIS Daily/Weekly Reporting: Share performance reports with management and stakeholders. Data Analysis: Analyze team trends, identify issues, and suggest data-driven improvements. Team Engagement and Morale Motivation: Foster a positive work environment through engagement activities. Conflict Resolution: Address interpersonal or work-related issues professionally and promptly. Key Skills & Competencies: Team Management Performance Coaching Quality Assurance Analytical Thinking Communication & Interpersonal Skills Time Management Conflict Resolution Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred). 2+ years of experience in a similar role within BPO/ITES/Customer Service/Operations. Proven ability to manage teams and deliver targets.
