Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales activities, including lead generation, cold calling, client acquisition, and onboarding.
  • Develop new business opportunities through effective communication with clients and prospects.
  • Identify potential customers' needs and provide tailored solutions to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Lead a team of 4-5 sales executives

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development role.
  • MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any Specialization).
  • Strong skills in Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Client Acquisition, Client Onboarding.
  • Team handling experience is preferrable
  • Male candidates are preferrable
