Job Summary You will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients have a stress-free and enjoyable travel experience. As the main point of contact during vacations, youll provide on-trip support, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly. Key Responsibilities On-Trip Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the clients travel experience. Proactively communicate to ensure needs and expectations are met. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve issues promptly and efficiently. Collaborate with stakeholders to find swift and effective solutions. Destination Knowledge: Provide insights on destinations, local attractions, and cultural nuances. Recommend activities, dining, and local experiences. Emergency Response: Be available for clients in emergencies, offering guidance and collaborating with local contacts to ensure safety and well-being. Client Satisfaction: Monitor feedback during the trip and proactively seek opportunities to exceed expectations. Logistics Coordination: Assist with transportation, accommodation, and activity reservations while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
