Key Responsibilities:

Handle and manage a team effectively
Delegate tasks, set clear goals, and track progress
Oversee day-to-day operations at the center
Promote and drive product sales at the center
Monitor team performance and report on metrics
Motivate team members to achieve targets
Identify training needs and provide coaching
Ensure the team meets sales targets
Proficiency in data management & tools (Excel, Sheets)
Assist and guide customers through immersive VR experiences
Explain product details and ensure smooth usage of VR devices
Coordinate with technical teams for device issues
Maintain records of daily footfall and feedback
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from entry to exit
