Sales Team Leaders

What You'll Need

  • Experience:

    Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience including 1 year of proven experience as a Team Leader on paper in a high-volume

    Outbound Sales BPO environment

    is essential.
  • Sales Acumen:

    Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and performance metrics (e.g., Conversion Rate, AHT, Occupancy).
  • Leadership Skills:

    Exceptional leadership, coaching, and people management skills with the ability to inspire a positive and high-energy team culture.
  • Communication:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Technical Proficiency:

    Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office Suite (especially Excel for reporting), and call centre technologies.
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree is must.

  1. Salary:

    Up to 5.50 LPA/CTC
  2. Schedule:

    6 days working and 1 rotational week off.
  3. Availability:

    Immediate joiners preferred or maximum 15 days of notice period can consider.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Team Management & Leadership:

    Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Performance Monitoring:

    Monitor team calls and performance metrics, providing immediate, constructive feedback and implementing corrective action plans where necessary.
  • Training & Development:

    Conduct regular one-on-one sessions, team meetings, and training workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer engagement techniques.
  • Operational Excellence:

    Ensure adherence to all company policies, client requirements, compliance regulations, and quality standards.
  • Reporting & Analysis:

    Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales performance reports and forecasts, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Escalation Handling:

    Efficiently handle escalated customer and client issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
