Job Description

Job Title: Team Leader Operations (Policybazaar)

About the Role

Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve performance targets and quality standards.
Monitor daily operations to ensure productivity, efficiency, and adherence to processes.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
Analyse and manage
attrition
,
shrinkage
, and other key team metrics; implement strategies to improve team stability and reduce losses.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve escalations and ensure seamless workflow.
Maintain high levels of employee engagement and morale within the team.
Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and customer-centric practices.
Prepare and share performance reports, insights, and improvement plans with management.

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 5 years of total experience
, with at least
2 years in team handling/leadership roles
.
Strong knowledge and practical understanding of
attrition, shrinkage, roster management, and performance metrics
.
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
.
Ability to manage pressure, handle escalations, and maintain team discipline.
Strong analytical, coaching, and decision-making skills.
Experience in insurance, BFSI, BPO, or sales environment is an added advantage.
