Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Business Development Manager to lead our strategic partnership efforts in the travel and tourism sector. You will be responsible for building and scaling our B2B sales channels in Ayodhya/Varanasi, making the Durlabh Darshan experience a must-have for every visitor.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy targeting the travel and tourism ecosystem.
Leverage your network to establish high-level partnerships with DMCs, travel agencies, tour operators, and hotels.
Lead negotiations and close strategic deals to drive consistent footfall and revenue.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to partnership management.
Meet and exceed ambitious sales targets.
Analyze market trends and provide strategic insights to leadership.

Who You Are:

You have 3+ years of proven experience in hotel B2B sales, specifically selling to travel agencies, DMCs, and corporate clients.
You have excellent existing connections with DMCs, travel agencies, and tour operators in Ayodhya, Varanasi, or major source markets.
You are a self-starter, capable of leading sales initiatives independently.
