Sales Team Lead

Position Title: Sales Manager / Team Lead Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement targeted sales initiatives for key customer segments. Monitor customer feedback and market intelligence to adapt and refine sales strategies. Drive lead conversion through meticulous pipeline management and regular team performance huddles. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management: Support and guide team members during high-value negotiations and critical client meetings. Engage directly with customers to ensure high satisfaction, address concerns, and build strong relationships. Process & Data Management: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including turnaround times (TAT), missed calls, follow-up rates, and lead aging. Provide daily and weekly performance reports to senior management. Compliance & Team Adherence: Ensure team compliance with all company policies and regulatory standards. Proactively identify and resolve escalations and operational bottlenecks. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Achievement of team sales quota and revenue targets. Lead conversion rates and average revenue per agent. New hire ramp-up time (from training to full productivity). Customer satisfaction ratings and quality assurance scores. Call center metrics including TAT, missed call rates, and follow-up timeliness. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience in a sales leadership or team management role. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving team performance. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience with CRM software and sales pipeline management.
