Qualification

  • BE/MBA with Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in the engineering or technology sector. Having Mechanical Engineering Background will be added advantage.


Desired Industrial Background

  • Engineering Services, OEM Process/Chemical/Pharma/automotive Industries


Experience- 6 to 8 Years


Skill Required -

  • Fluent in English, with strong international client-handling exposure.Strategic thinking with proven ability to implement successful sales plans.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills to manage a high-performing team.Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset to identify trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.Results-driven attitude with commitment to achieving and exceeding team sales targets.


Special Skiils required

  • Impeccable listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients and internal stakeholders.



Role and Responsibilities


  • Team Leadership & Sales Management -

    Lead, guide, and motivate a team of Business Development Executives to achieve sales targets.Train the team on lead generation, client conversion, and negotiation strategies.Set clear sales goals, track performance, and provide timely feedback to ensure accountability.


  • Lead Conversion & Client Engagement-

    Drive lead conversion from prospect to closure with a solution-focused approach.Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring regular follow-ups.Engage in client discussions to identify upcoming projects and keep track of submitted offers.Visit domestic and international clients to strengthen partnerships and unlock new opportunities.


  • Business Growth & Market Presence -

    Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned markets to achieve business growth.Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals tailored to client requirements.Represent the company at national and international expos, networking events, and industry forums.


  • Collaboration & Reporting -

    Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to align client requirements with company capabilities.Provide regular updates on pipeline, client interactions, and market insights to senior management.Track sales performance metrics and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.


  • Process & Performance Improvement -

    Establish structured sales processes for lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals.Continuously review client feedback and market developments to improve sales strategies.
